Happy Thanksgiving! Tonight I'm making some saffron buns to share at the celebration. This is a mid-December Swedish tradition I will share tomorrow. My family will be happy they are not subjected to the saffron.

Why doesn't your family like saffron? It's one of if not the most expensive of spices, but I know where you can get it for a good price!
I love St Lucia buns! I made themfor Christmas during high school for an awesome Swedish foreign exchange student. St Lucia Day is one of the coolest Christmas season traditions known to man.
